Shipping policy

At Luna Wolf Cottage, the delivery of your products is important to us and we ensure that care has been taken at all times to pack products carefully to prevent damages and ensure products arrive in good condition.

Delivery Charges

Price for delivery is: Express 1-3 Business Days £5.99    Up to 20kg                                                               Standard 2-4 Business Days £3.99   Up to 20kg                                                                           Standard 2-4 Business Days Free over £50.  Up to 20kg

Dispatch for goods is up to 2 working days from placement of order. All delivery times listed are estimates. Luna Wolf Cottage cannot accept responsibility for late delivery due to courier delays or accept consequential loss liability issues for delivery delays once items are dispatched.

Some businesses will not accept Saturday deliveries. Please bear this in mind if postage is to a work address. Also, Saturday delivery to Herm, Sark and Alderney cannot be guaranteed. Our couriers issue updates on your parcel's journey. Please ensure that you input your correct email address and mobile phone number to allow you full control of your delivery. Also, please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.  

Luna Wolf Cottage are unable to accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. It is the customers responsibility to keep track of the latest status of their order. Luna Wolf Cottage do not recieve or send individual updates once items are dispatched.

Please Note: that if a “Safe Place” has been selected for the courier to leave your parcel, and it is stolen or missing, it’s your responsibility. Luna Wolf Cottage will not replace or refund the goods.

Any returned orders that you wish to be refunded, will have the shipping charge deducted from the total refund amount. If your parcel is returned to us because it was ejected upon delivery or was not collected from the pickup shop after a few delivery attempts, the original shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.
