Festive Returns
Orders placed between 1st December and 27th December are valid for return until the 10th January 2026! Our regular Returns Policy applies to all gifts purchased out of this timescale and no exceptions can be made.
Returns Policy
We hope you love everything you buy from Luna Wolf Cottage, but we promise a full refund within our returns guidelines if you’re unhappy with your purchase.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery, as unfortunately any item received out of this time cannot be refunded. Please notify Luna Wolf Cottage by email within 7 calendar days of receiving goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Item(s) must be returned at the customer’s expense and all original delivery charges are non-refundable. Please use a tracked service to guarantee a safe return to us. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us! Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
To start a return, you must notify Luna Wolf Cottage via email within 7 calendar days of receiving goods. You can contact us at Lunawolfcottage@gmail.com. Please provide the following information in your email: Order number, name, address, items to be returned, reason for return and any further information you feel necessary. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Luna Wolf Cottage FF Unit 6, The Glassworks Market, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S70 1GW
Please allow up to 30 working days for your parcel to be returned to Luna Wolf Cottage and processed by our team. A automated email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and your funds should arrive via the original method of payment shortly after this. If you haven’t heard from us within a reasonable time please contact us at Lunawolfcottage@gmail.com. With your order number and details of the items returned.
We are unable to refund postage and packing charges for unwanted/unsuitable items.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
Refunds/Exchanges for Damaged/Faulty goods*
Please inspect your order upon reception if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us immediately via email at Lunawolfcottage@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving goods and please provide the following information in your email: order number, name, address, item(s), reason for return and any further information you feel necessary so that we can evaluate the issue.
*this also includes any orders with missing goods.
Please note: Luna Wolf Cottage does not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We recommended using a recorded, or insured method of postage.
For any orders returned back to us Luna Wolf Cottage, at no fault of the courier or Luna Wolf Cottage, only a refund for the cost of goods is eligible, minus the original postage cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items*
Please note certain products cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), personal care goods (such as beauty products,hair dyes, bath products, essential/fragrance oils, pierced jewellery). We also do not accept returns for incense/smudges, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Due to the nature of some of our products sold via our website, please ensure that you check sizes, read our How to Use, Do’s and Dont’s, and Warnings before you make any purchases, as Luna Wolf Cottage accepts no liability.
Exchanges
Need an exchange of size or item? Please place a new order! All available items and sizes at the present time are on our website. You can return the unsuitable item from your original order so long as you are within the terms of our Returns Policy above.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days from date of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
